We provide and implement strategies designed to improve, maintain and attenuate declines in fitness and health in populations with or without previous experience. Whether you are looking to improve your overall fitness level (strength and conditioning, flexibility, mobility, etc.), manage or prevent a chronic health disease or condition, manage stress or gain knowledge and skills to build healthy habits, our priority is to increase the likelihood of long-term physical, social and economical independence for our clients.
We host our services to individuals, couples and groups in their homes/private dwellings, worksites and online.

Growing up as a figure skater, health and fitness has always been a major part of Lauren’s life. With experience coaching young skaters, numerous school placements in healthcare/long-term care settings, and more than ten years experience coaching, private training and instructing group fitness classes, she has witnessed firsthand the amazing benefits that a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle can have on a person’s overall quality of life.
Witnessing this has helped Lauren discover her passion for pursuing and promoting health and wellness. She strongly believes in living a balanced lifestyle to achieve optimal wellness and to prevent the risk of injury and disease.
Whether you are looking to maintain, improve or begin your Hunt For Wellness, are pre/post-operative or looking to manage an injury or disease, Lauren has vast knowledge and resources available to train and guide clients to meet their goals.
She is eager to continue to learn, gain new experiences in the field and would love to share her knowledge and experience to help others reach their full potential.
